to both the local and foreign market. Waterstone Realty employs around 15 staff, merging together highly qualified professionals with
many years of experience within the industry together with a young dynamic group that promotes an innovative process.

Navin Hooloomann

Chairman & Managing Director

Founder of RLB Hooloomann group, Navin has more than 40 years’ experience in construction management and project management including 10 years spent in property development and property management and is currently the chairman of HRL Waterstone Realty Ltd.

His extensive expertise covers design management, research and development on local construction costs, insurance valuations and assessment, real estate and property development, property management, dispute resolution and arbitration as well as project finance.

Navin has provided services within the hospitality, commercial, residential, retail, infrastructural, education and industrial sectors across Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives, UK, India, Sri Lanka, and West Africa.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), UK, member of the Professional Quantity Surveyors Council (PQSC), Mauritius and holds a First- Class Honors degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England, UK. He has also spent 15 years as an independent director of one of the largest banking groups in Mauritius.

Our History

Waterstone Realty (Mauritius) Ltd is the property development and facilities management arm of the Hooloomann group, it is led by Mr. Navin Hooloomann, a highly successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry in Mauritius and the Indian ocean.

Waterstone Realty leverages on the expertise of its parent company which has a unique track record in the delivery construction projects in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean Islands with project values up to USD 2 billion.

Over the past ten years, Waterstone Realty has successfully implemented several landmark mixed-use projects mainly in urban growth areas by promoting sustainable and affordable of developments which provide a modern and balanced urban lifestyle.
